We originally thought our dinner was a goat. Dennis has grown quite attached to it. We finally figured out it is really a lamb. So hard to figure out!

Friday is our last day at the Royal School and the head master told the children they would have a good-bye party for us. He asked what they wanted to eat at their party…they shouted “MEAT!”. Then he asked what else and they yelled “RICE!” So today they went out and bought a goat. He is eating grass outside our door and tomorrow they will butcher him for lunch. They children were told to dress very smart for the party. So I will wear my African dress (which is a little tight so I may not sit down) and Dennis will wear his African shirt which is a little large so he can eat goat for the both of us.
Our time in Yei is winding down. Please pray with us that the Lord accomplishes his purpose in us. I am finishing teacher training. Pray I have a clear concise presentation while I teach how to use the teacher materials and how to use the flannel graph board for stories telling. We all speak English but we do not all pronounce the words the same way. Pray for Dennis as he finishes up the well project and starts working on a farming project. We miss you all. And have felt your love and support and prays the entire time in Africa We are richer people because of this experience.
